1. Synthesis and evaluation of composite core/shell nanosystems functionalized with volatile compounds;
2. Stabilization study and potentiating effects of natural antibiotic-functionalized magnetite/silica nanosystems;
3. Modulatory effects of functionalized core/shell nanosystems on pathogenesis resistance and biofilm formation; 
4. Bioactive and antimicrobial G-tubes modified with nanostructured coatings
